Tee TimeSocial

A golf simulator bar in Hales Corners where people come to play, drink and eat. We make the things guests hold, watch and open: menus, TV screens, emails and anything with the logo on it.

The starting point

A bar, a simulator and a pro shop under one roof.

Tee Time Social is three businesses sharing a building. The bar needs menus, the simulators need bookings and leagues, and the pro shop needs to sell clubs to people who came in for a beer.

Each one needs its own voice. All of it has to look like Tee Time.

What we did
01

The Back Nine: a pro shop menu that reads like a yardage book

The pro shop runs on vertical TVs, so we designed eight screens that play like pages from a yardage book: a hole number for every category, caddie-voice copy, putters, clubs, fittings and repair, apparel, and the Back Nine Reserve bourbon club. Each screen loops with subtle motion, and the team can edit the text themselves.

02

Menus, bay guides and the bar

We built a twelve-page Clubhouse Guide for the leather ring-bound folders in the bays: bay games, clubs for sale, fittings, leagues, tournaments and private events, with QR codes straight to booking. Behind the bar there's a recipe sheet so every drink comes out the same no matter who's pouring.

03

Email that fills bays

The season opener announced the fall reopening, a flat $30 an hour for the simulators with no peak pricing, and two new leagues: a 2-Man Team League and a Couples League. Designed text-first so it lands in the inbox and reads well on a phone.

04

Hiring and community

When the bar needed bev cart staff and bartenders, we made a vintage-print hiring post instead of a template. And when Tee Time Social hosted a charity scramble for a local teen, we built the entire event from scratch.

Hospitality marketing lives in the details guests touch. When the menu, the TV, the email and the flyer all look like they came from the same place, the place feels bigger than it is.
