A charity golf scramble at Dretzka Golf Course to support Evey, a local teen, and her family. We built all of it for free: the website, the flyers, the sponsor packages, the emails and the thank-you.

One day, no budget, no do-over.
A charity scramble lives or dies on a few weeks of promotion. It has to fill thirty foursomes, sell sponsorships to local businesses and get people to show up on a Sunday morning, all with zero marketing budget.
With a volunteer crew running the day, the site had to do the organizing too.
A website that did the organizing
eveysteetime.com handled team registration and raffle entries, sent donations straight to the family's fundraiser, and showed a live tracker of teams signed up next to a wall of sponsors. After the event it turned into a thank-you page with the final numbers and a link to keep giving.
Print and social built to fill a field
A flyer and one-sheet for golf courses and bars, sponsor yard signs, and an Instagram set in the event's navy and coral, all pointing to one QR code and one website.
Sponsor packages local businesses said yes to
We wrote and designed presenting, cart and supporting sponsor tiers so a business could say yes in one email. Nine sponsors signed on, from a bank and an engineering firm to a beverage company and a golf brand.
A proper thank-you
After the event we cut a recap video that ends on a card thanking every sponsor by name. People who give their Sunday to a cause should hear back.
